Network Adapter
Windows 11 Settings app now enable you to mange Network Adapter without using Control Panel. If you want to change Network Adapter settings in Windows 11, simply follow these steps: –
- Go to start.
- Click on it.
- Choose the Settings cog.
- Thereafter from the left pane, select the option Network & Internet.
- Go to right side under Advance Network Settings.
Here you can change the network settings by clicking on Enable and Disable button against available network connection. In previous version of Windows system, it was routed through Control Panel only. In the near future, the new operating system will automatically direct you to the Settings app whenever possible.
System Storage settings
Microsoft has also decorated the new Windows 11 storage settings to facilitate the users with more sensible use of their available storage space. In windows 11 settings, Microsoft has introduced an improved layout with the ability to free up space on your drive by detecting older and unused files on the local disk.
Manage Disks and Volumes is also a new feature for Windows 11 advanced users. It provides the users a better experience of disk management tool as well as its accessibility. Microsoft has promised additional design improvements to the modern disk management utility.
Power Plan Settings in Windows 11 Control Panel features
In previous version of Windows, most of the power plan settings are available in Control Panel. But in Windows 11, Microsoft has added more Battery related options in its new Windows 11 settings option. You can look at the resources-intensive apps which are sapping the most power and filter the results based on a certain time period like the past seven days.
Now you can view weekly as well as 24 hours battery usages status directly through Windows 11 Settings app. Microsoft has introduced these battery feature like as Android and iOS battery status.
